My name is Magdalena Sadowska.
I founded the La Quest brand in 2019 with the mission of spreading beauty, style and elegance in the selection of glasses and professional optics.
I have been selecting eyeglass frames for 23 years. Furthermore, I am a Certified Stylist, and perfectly fitting frames and dealing with the highest quality products are my greatest passions in life.
I am also a Licensed Optician, so I make sure your glasses not only emphasize your personality and style, but also provide you with perfect vision in all conditions.

My history

My adventure with optics and selecting eyewear frames began with the decision to study Eyeglass Optics and Optometry at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (Poland).
I have always worn glasses myself. Although there was not a large selection of frames at that time, I have always felt eyewear was an important element of fashion, and I admired the work of world-class designers. 

I dreamed of having my own optical salon. Studies related to vision and eyewear turned out to be the best choice for me, since this seemingly inconspicuous industry became my great passion, which has been with me for 23 years now.

Already during my studies, I started working for optical salons and gained experience in customer service and selecting eyewear.

I have always loved elegance and style, which manifests itself in fashion, design and unique accessories. Well-chosen glasses complement the outfit and give you a coherent, perfected image. This is what I love most about my job!

My passion for eye care and beauty expressed in fashion led me to my own practice and a boutique, which I run for many years, meanwhile working for other luxurious eyewear brands. I introduced several premium brands to the Polish market, and spreading best-quality eyewear design throughout the world gave me great satisfaction. 

I visited all international optical fairs – e.g. in Milan, Paris and New York. 

Spending time in numerous eyewear showrooms around the world gave me invaluable experience as an expert in top quality glasses. I’ve also visited most of the handmade glasses factories in the world.

I am proud to say, that over time, I became a mentor for many people who are fascinated by eyewear fashion.

I am a Certified Stylist and a Licensed Optician

I have extensive knowledge and I know exactly how to combine perfect vision with the best quality, thin and flat fashion glasses that perfectly match the iris color, skin tone, and emphasize the person’s style.

In addition to a degree in optics and optometry, I completed postgraduate studies in practical optometry. I also finished eyewear stylist school with Angelica Pagnelli in Milan.

Thanks to this, now I am happy to be a Licensed Optician and Certified Eyewear Stylist. I also find great pleasure in cooperation with my dear friend Angelica Pagnelli, with whom I share a passion for premium glasses and a similar sense of style and aesthetics.
